From Initial ESG framework to structured strategy
An approach launched in 2025 and built on continuous improvement
GravitHy initiated its ESG approach in 2025 with the creation of an internal ESG Committee.
The first step consisted of an ESG diagnostic carried out using a tool developed by UIMM Alpes Méditerranée, which led to the award of the “+ Engagés + Performants” label (Level 1) in September 2025.
In parallel, GravitHy conducted a comprehensive double materiality assessment to systematically identify its key sustainability challenges. The company also initiated its carbon accounting process, with the submission of its first Greenhouse Gas Emissions Report (BEGES) to the ADEME platform in 2025, supported by ADEME and Bpifrance through the “Diag Décarbon’Action” program.

This strategy will be subject to annual reporting and periodic reviews, allowing its scope and level of detail to be progressively refined as the company moves from development to construction and eventually into operations.

People & Local Communities
As with any large-scale industrial project, health and safety are non-negotiable. So is training, attracting and retaining the industrial skills.
Governance & Ethics
ESG issues are integrated into strategic decision‑making and monitored at board level.
