Laurence Guatieri

HR Director of GravitHy

At GravitHy, we’re not just building a factory — we’re creating a new industry: cleaner, more inclusive, and more ambitious. Today, we are a young, dynamic, and deeply human company, where more than a dozen nationalities work together every day with respect and enthusiasm. We believe that diversity is a strength, inclusion is a force, and gender equality is a given. We’re proud to be based in Paris and Marseille — two vibrant, globally connected cities that offer an exceptional quality of life. But above all, what brings us together is our mission: to decarbonize the steel industry — a high-emission sector, but an essential one. If you’re looking to give meaning to your career, to join an extraordinary industrial and human adventure, or if our mission simply inspires you: our culture will welcome you.
